Before you send your file

An STL export
The prepared and opposing arches and a buccal bite, exported as STL files your scanner produces.

A readable margin
Check the finish line on screen before you send — an unclear margin is the most common cause of a remake.

Shade and photographs
The target shade, a stump shade when the prep is discolored, and photos for anterior or layered cases.

The prescription
Restoration type, material, tooth numbers and any instructions — the same detail you would write on a paper Rx.

How to get your file to us
A few ways to send a case, whichever suits your practice.
- Open an account and we set up a file transfer for your practice.
- Connect your scanner portal — iTero, 3Shape, Medit and CEREC export straight to the lab.
- Ship a conventional impression if you are not scanning yet, and we digitize it.
- Call the lab for anything time-sensitive and we will get your file moving.
