For practices in the area — we collect your cases and return them finished, so there is nothing to ship. Outside the area, going digital removes the distance.

Shipping is not the only way to work with us. If your practice is near the lab, we can pick cases up and deliver them back on schedule; if you are further out, a digital workflow makes distance irrelevant. Either way, the goal is the same — your cases move without you having to think about logistics.

How pickup and delivery works

    Have the case packaged with the prescription and marked with your practice name, ready for collection.

  • We return it finished

    The completed case comes back to the practice on the turnaround confirmed when it was booked in.
